Who am I?
My name is Karla, and I help buyers figure out if they can purchase now, and structure deals that actually get approved. Every week, I work with buyers who thought they needed more time, but were actually ready to move forward now.
Over the years, I’ve helped buyers break down their numbers, understand what they can actually afford, and determine if they’re in a position to purchase now, not months from now. My focus is making sure you have clear answers and a real path forward, based on today’s market.
